Does Tellingly only cover commercial property?
No. The platform can handle commercial, residential, mixed-use, land, development, other, and unknown classes where source evidence exists.
Why are some occupiers unknown?
The resolver only confirms an occupier where evidence is strong enough. It can show candidates, confidence, and rejection reasons instead of guessing.
Are paid data sources always used?
No. The product is open-source-first. Paid sources are intended for shortlisted assets or explicit budgeted workflows.
What makes a high-priority lead?
High-priority leads need hard catalysts, strong corroboration, or direct disposal evidence, plus enough confidence to act.
Is the opportunity score a valuation?
No. Scores are research indicators. They do not replace valuation, survey, legal, tax, lending, or investment advice.

How is pricing set?
